Adding custom SKU to Variations

Please I need to add custom SKU to "variations" of some variable products, will that bug the updating process or Aliwoo uses only the main SKU to update prices?

I have manually changed the price of some variables with custom SKU, after clicking update, price and quantity updated successfully, so it works.
