add to cart doesn't work

i am checking my Add to cart through several platforms and it seems it doesn't work!
checked with two different desktops and mobile device.
how this can be verified?

I currently do not have WooCommerce Plugin enabled.

This happened after I updated Wordpress to the latest, ALiDropship to the latest and Davinci them to the latest.

It seems none of the Colour and Sizes can be selected so therefore cannot be added to Cart.

I have tried to click using Google Chrome and Firefox both are behaving the same.
