AdBlock extension cause thumbnails issue

Hi, I have a thumbnails issue, it's due to the AdBlock extension (https://getadblock.com/). When it's enabled, most of the thumbnails are not displayed on my shop (on the "all products" page).

This extension is used by millions of people, so it can impact shops made with Alidropship no? What's the solution?

AdBlock blocks the work of AliDropship extension and plugin, they are not compatible.

I really can't understand why lately I see so many posts in which some people say they have problems with AdBlock because I personally since I installed it, I have no problem.
I love adblockers for chrome and I recommended them to my friends and they also have no problem.
Maybe something like this happens to you for other reasons, not because of AdBlock? Because it's very strange that it works well for someone but not for someone else.
I think it would be better if you turned to an expert who could help you find the real source of your problems.
