I have my hosting with Alidropship and today this happened with no warning at all, access to cPanel also gone

Not happy, if there was a problem you would have expected them to make contact firsty

They have live chat on them website... try to contact them there

Hi, I have the same problem too. My domain is registered with Namecheap. I checked the account and I saw the website is active. Who do I contact to fix the problem?
