About the Order Placed and Shipping Email notification

Why there is no tracking code included in the Shipping email? how can we add the code? in my copy email they just received the Order ID and tracking ID is not included.

Also in my copy Order Placed email notification, there is no image of the product included in the email, there is the word array and there is no price included

Please make sure that you're using the latest versions of both plugin (0.9.9) and theme.
You can check the updates here:

Besides, please go to AliDropship Settings --> Notifications - ‘ORDER SHIPPED’ NOTIFICATION and click Use Default Settings.

If it still doesn't work properly, could you please PM the access to your WP admin area, so that we could check what might be the issue?

Thanks for your help. I just clicked the set to defaults and it work like a charm!
