Abandoned email

Hey All,

So lets analyze situation:

Someone makes an order and choose to pay by COD (on my website it is a regular bank transfer). They fail to pay (make a bank transfer) and I manually change a status for this order from Ordered to Abandoned.

Do they still receive a chain of abandoned cart emails? Is there a way to send them an automated email to nudge them?

Hello, yes - they should receive these emails, if you enable the templates in your Customization area.
