2checkout 300 Authorization

I have integrated 2checkout after they have accepted and reviewed my website..

I am getting error 300

I found 1 post regarding the issue, and i cannot find the option in wp plugin to make the phone option for buyers reccomended (DaVinci theme)

I Hope that is the issue, and if not does anybody else knows whats the problem?
