Yes, I have done that. The image is there and uploaded. When on published product page, when I select a variation such as the color, it does not display as the main product image upon selection even under "Attributes" when it's checked "Display product variations as images"... Hopefully @Yaros...

I looked into variations and I do not see "Set Image" option. Only see options: Enabled Downloadable Virtual Manage stock When I hover mouse over vari image, it only has option to remove image.

I'm getting products being out of stock after I untick "manage stock" under each variation color, I do not want to see customers how much stock there is the product page. When I disable and enable again, it shows that I don't have any more stock.

That's good that you picked that up. It's really in the audience. I too was dabbling, focused in specific toy niche, but the profit margin was way too low and my interest was not there so I had to change before investing further.
