Aliwoo is a plugin work under woocommerce plugin as far i guess So if u want to get post from aliexpress u can use aliwoo if you want to post your own product ... then just woocommerce also you can use both ... like some product from aliexpress and some your own product.

Yeah Aliwoo just grab data from aliexpress to woocommerce Normally People add product at woocommerce one by one :D

I think if u pay $69 ... u dont have to pay any more ... But if you go for 19$ .. then every month u have to pay 19$ So to test u can use for one or 2 month if u like go for $69

Yeah all this time even if your country dont support paypal ... people open account with any other country and use it ... And to take out money they sell the fund to some site who buy paypal fund and exchange to other .... But now paypal user have to confirm there bank :(
