I have found it. It is in the Pricing section of the plugin. Under each rule I hade to enable Discount Settings with 0 value Then in the bottom of the page, I hit the Update Prices button. That take care of these discounted prices.

Looks like latest update of the Chrome plugin has fixed this issue. Product is now added to the import list. Will continue to test if there are any more issues
