Yes I observe this us well.. for the moment I chose aliexpress standard shipping method or any method suit my customer county and order amount. When e-packet go back the way is was, I we switch back to it.

This error is happen in you hosting provider end... In my case happened when the memory limit was not enough. Ask your hosting provider for increased memory limit.
