Error! Abandoned Cart add-on requires Alidropship plugin or AliDropship Woo plugin for its proper work. But the alidropship plugin is installed. Any idea ?

Hi @Nadezhda , I just gave them the ip of social rabbit, they connected it and is working now. Thank you.

Thank , I will do that.

From them moment others alidropship licenses are work normally without issue . Then is definitely social rabbit issue. I just try the abandoned card add-on and alidropship licenses are working perfectly. I don’t know if the authorization of social rabbit license is in different server from the...

That not possible i have already contact them and they deactivate any security firewall. Also all of the other key licenses of alidropship work normal .

So what going on here?

Try from your end any website you have that have a valid social rabbit license key and hit the save button. The error i mentioned above it will appear, doesn’t matter if you already have it activated or is the first time you activate the license.

I have it enable , my current cURL version is 7.71.0

Anyone please see above @Nadezhda @Dimitriy Strekalov

You are welcome

Alidropship team must fix this if is happened to more people . If is only you then is something else wrong there.

1) Make sure you have the latest alidropship chrome extension. 2) even if you have the latest version, uninstall it and reinstall it and try again. If this not fix your issue is definitely location issue between your country and aliexpress .

I believe is location issue .. I don’t have this problem in my end with the product Volodya suggested.

What is your location?

Guys are you kidding me now?? Please have in mine each page are different. Of course is important but no in the lever you believe. Also you run a Dropshipping store not the Amazon or aliexpress. 95% of your customer come through paid ads . So in your case is not even that important.

If you want share with me your website url in private message. I can help you more if i have a clear image for what it going on.

when you change a theme you must change the style as well. Doesn’t matter what, you always must put some work it your website. If you can not do it yourself then hire someone he/she can.
