Create a child theme first then activate. Go to the files of the parent theme you want to overide and copy the specific file to your child theme. Then modified you child theme file, any change you make here they gonna stay like this even if the parent theme get update.

Those image are large... If you edit them with the alidropship image editor they really increase size. Download those image and reduse the size with photoshop save them for web. And reupload them.
