Try using WPtouch mobile plugin from the wordpress store. It sorted my isssue out

I only have 20 products at the minute on my site. I have a small niche market and only put the best quality products on site. Im thinking that the time to update your products could be the aliexpress api. But hopefully @Yaros could help
