Ok If I delete the existing plugin and install the ion plugin I would be fine and good to go?

OK now I have zen loader which was configured by your team? changing it to ion loader looks quite complex should the support team help on this since when i bought the plugin they said no technical knowledge needed.

Will my setting get effected if I do this?

Can you elaborate more please? Since this whole site was configured by Alidropship people when I had bought it. They said they would configure everything.

This is where I update from but now it is not evening updating. It keeps going on in loops.

my Version of Alidropship does not update even When I click on the update now button. This has been happening ever since it was updated to version 18 and now its not even updating.

This is the cycle of events happening on my website first when I imported some products then after a few seconds it went into the word press installation and then database error comes and then an update for alidropship appears and the website comes up again and then this cycle continues.

Can you mention those plugins Yaros so that we can also be aware of not installing them.
