Ok, I can confirm that with GA add-on tracking only (no Customize->Header code) there is no correct event tracking, conversions are ignored etc. (just had a purchase going through a full cycle and GA didn't record it).

Hi, there seems to be an irritating issue with the plugin, it causes to duplicate the GA code in the header of the website if/when you are using the Customize->Header location as well. The problem is that it causes your bounce rate statistic to be unusually low (under 1% ;-) - as it fires twice...

Are those from PayPal express checkout? if so you will not get the email until people actually log in to their PayPal and finish order - at least that's what is happening in my store

Hi, we are exchanging emails about these issues offline, I just want to check if there is more progress ? especially why some emails are sent and others are not, is thre any log / debug file?

For me, it seems like it sends emails randomly, usually, the first one is ignored or sent just after the second one. Sometimes all are sent, I havent discovered the pattern yet. Have you had any luck fixing this?
