Don`t know whether all aliexpress seller are aware about this plugin but they do know that people do drop-shipping and they are fine with it . You can also check in hteir description that they say that they support drop-shipping. So not to worry about it.

Hi Integerated 2 payment gateway on alidrop standard version Paypal ( for International Use) and Instamojo (for Indian Customers as they cant pay through paypal ) . But only one can run smoothly and I am stuck I don`t Know what to do. Any Help? or any suggestion?

You can set your own price for the individual product and switch on the Auto Price Update . and the price will be changed if the price on aliexpress changed. you can even set the pricing formulas this is best option
