My suggestion is make it simple. I saw a number of posts about this plugin, it is making things complicated. Attribute images by default are imported and you don't need any plugin for that.

I am not using this plugin and I don't have this issue. I am not sure if you really need it.

I don't believe this problem is unique in my site that is why you need access. I saw a number of post with similar issue. You resolve it for everybody.

Long shipping time is not because of dropshipping. If the product is ordered directly in AliExpress, free shipping method and warehouse in China, shipping time is the same.
