Hello, after last updates we have new problems too - we can not retrack packages, so we have to put manually every tracking number in the order (because we want to send them e-mail with tracking). Automatic fulfillment of adresses is not working properly too, but at least do something, - not all...

Me too, but 17track is not so good, it does not recognize automaticly cainiao, so links does not work properly and customers are writing that they can not track it. Do you have the same problem? Maybe it is problem only for Czechia again..

It depends, we have two sites, both with this problem, it could be around 30-40 per day. But not sure if that is relevant question.
