The prices on my shop keeps on resetting and having a hard time editing all the prices. how can I disable the auto price update

Usually I buy it my self for my customer but one of my friend purchase an item using paypal and when I was placing his order automatically aliexpress ask for my credit card because of "change in address". is that normal that i have to pay an additional fee for their shipping.

Have you experience the same. Will they deduct credit from my credit card.
