Thanks for your reply Ekaterina. One of the products I purchased from AliDropship was the Facebook Business Plugin. However, Facebook seems to want you to have a SKU number for the products in your Facebook Shop. Are you aware of this?

Yes, it's the AliDropship Theme, but I didn't see a Contact Us page. I only seen the email address and phone number in the contact information. I also looked to see if I could build the page manually, but I don't see a way to build the form without a plugin.

Well the problem was discovered. I use SiteGround as the my WordPress host. There's a plugin added to WorkPress called SG Optimizer. This plugin was causing the problem, I had to deactivate it in order to get the Theme to properly work. All is OK since disabling it.
