What's the best way to make a back-up of my store to my PC?

Afterwards, I would like to disable, delate and remove my store completely.

Download updraft and back up your store in your pc.

Files
cPanel>File Manager
Select all files
Right click ... click Compress (zip)
Right click zip file ... click download to your PC

Or use FTP with "Filezilla" or similar.

Database
PHPMy Admin>Export

Download updraft and back up your store in your pc.

I think he may need to use the FTP option for that, but he should use Updraft anyway and backup to Google Drive in addition to saving on his PC. It's much easier and faster to "restore" from Google Drive.
