License Valid - Not able to access dashboard!

I am using the updated version of plugin and extension, complies https. Though getting pop up as license valid and go to dashboard, it never allow me to access any other sections in the dashboard. I have send a mail to alidrophip support but no response. I hope my oncern will be addressed here. Thank You!

Finally the problem is solved, Thanks Yaros (went through his response for similar query) identified the URL issue and corrected it in the WP dashboard settings. Plugin is now playing it's perfect role! Ty

How you manage to solve the problem ? I have the same problem now.Could you provided me some advice ?
