Is there a difference between ADS plugins?

Hi All - I built out my store a while back with the ADS plugin and chose the DeVinci theme. What is the difference between that vs utilizing ADS plugin for WooCommerce? I've made alot of mistakes with my first store - learned a TON of lessons - and am about to do a complete "re-boot" of the store. Do I want to consider making ADS Woo a part of my re-boot? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions you can make...
