Welcome email to New Customer Not Working

I have enabled customer to create account and they are able to create account but they do not receive welcome email. Kindly help me to set it up.

There is notification email that You have successfully registered your account with login details.

In notification email setup , I see three options but do not see Welcome email option ?

Purchase email notification
‘Contact us’ form settings
‘Order shipped’ notification

You can't customize this notification. Maybe we will do this option available later.

Its very disappointing that customer who will create account on my website will not receive a welcome email.

You can use a third party emailing system to create your own email format and automatically send when someone do a specific action. I'm using Sendinblue
