Is there any problem with the AliDropship Hosting?

I dont think they were eliminated in short period. It took atleast 30 minutes and this is not the first time this has happened. This is the fourth time it has happened and your technical team only responded when I posted on the forum here.Try to look at all angles before responding a one sided response please, if you are taking money from customers like me then atleast be honest for the money spent on alidropship if not your customer.

I contacted our Hosting specialist and he said that today is the first time when there was a problem with that server. We are monitoring our servers 24/7 and solve all issues as quickly as possible.
 
I dont think so it was the first time it happened. Attaching screenshot from before. Even now I asked assurance from the support team that this wont happen again and no one has responded on that email.

It has been 20 hours, my website were down and crash.
Until now, technician rescue only [success] help home page with very very slow speed.
But other pages are still missing somewhere in the web ocean.

Mr. Categories (25 parents and childrens),
Mrs. Products (200 innocent victim),
Uncle WP-Admin and his wife Aunt Plugin,
Lots of Innocent Child, etc..
ARE MISSING *very Sad

We don't know if they are still alive or dead. Healthy or Broken.
We only know one thing, message from hell:
Error establishing a database connection :oops:

Hello Jefri, I asked our Hosting support about your server, there were technical issues during 38 minutes . But your site was down 2-3 minutes. I visited your sites also - all work.

This server is stable during 22 hours already.

Hello there the my website is down again. This is the 5th time this has happened even after confirmation and assurance from your web admin team. This is a huge problem with your hosting I must add. I am loosing business and the money I had spent on advertising is also loosing now.

Hello, your site was banned due to the overload of the server and suspected activities. We will restore it, but you need to optimize your site to prevent another ban. Our recommendations:

1. Install cache plugin.
2. Optimize images on your site.
3. Look through your plugin list and remove all unnecessary plugins.

This is you who should care about your site. We will restore your site, but if you don't take measures and optimise it, we will suspend it again. Otherwise, find another hosting solution and we will transfer your site there.
 
Yaros first of all as a paying customer I deserve some respect you cannot refuse service to me for which I have paid for a year. Your response was very rude and I assume thats the way you talk with customers who have already paid and you really dont give a damn about your customers. This problem is created by you guys since I had already highlighted before that the web hosting went down 4 times before this what issue was that Yaros? did you investigate the background before pulling the blame game here? I paid Alidropship for hosting right? Where is the service? As a customer it is my right to complain if I had paid for something and not got it. As for your rude comment which I can translate in the manner you said is that web hosting, which i paid for you guys to give me and install/configure with all the security aspects you guys also promoted. And now this is a problem that I paid for and its like if your doing a favor for which you took money from me. And at the same time your telling a paying customer to get lost. Bravo Yaros Bravo. I think this will be one a good case studies for you to publish in one of your regular emails. If the site goes down and I have paid for it its your responsibility to fix it. If you dont want a customer then say so, dont act as if you are doing these things for free.

Yes, I respect and take care about my clients, that's the reason why we have to suspend sites which are not optimized and consume more hosting resources than are offered in the selected hosting plan. It affects all other clients (around 100 users) and their stores (about 150) located on the same server.

Now regarding your case:

Your site was suspended because of exceeding the permissible load. After the first such case happened on the 16th of January we had to limit resources associated with your site to secure it and the sites of other clients located on this server. Following limitation was applied (PMEM 1G, SPEED 100%, EP 20) but there were no any limits applied to your database. Yesterday another violation on your site was detected. There were many sleep processes found in your database which affected MYSQL (as a rule, it happens due to the loads of black traffic coming to the site).

For this moment your site is restored, is live and working fine, but I strongly recommend that you take some measures to avoid such situation in future:

- check your database
- check third-party scripts installed on your site (if these scripts are setup properly)
- check plugins installed on your site
- optimise images on your site (especially on home page)
- use cache plugin and cache of your browser.
 
Yaros but all these settings were configured by your team when I bought alidropship? How can I configure or check a database setting which I didnt configure and also paid for. This is shocking and surprising to me. Plugins and scripts I will check. Images on the home page have been running for a long time and if there is a problem with the image then the css provided is by your team only since I am using alidropship and only three themes are compatible on it. Sleep processes on my database which was configured by your team and never really updated after that. After all the money that you took for configuration of the website was to optimize it for min issues right? Yes and I realize your pain points but unfortunately I will be honest with you, I feel I was robbed here and the type of responses that are coming from you end shows that you really dont care about your customers, atleast the ones who are trying alidropship out.

We were responsible for configuring the database for you, but we are not responsible for the dangerous processes you run on your site and the quality of traffic you send to your store. What I can do for you is to take your site under my personal control and we will be monitoring it. If there are any issues occur in future I will contact you right away. If you are not satisfied with the service we can give you a full refund and can help with transferring your site to other hosting provider for free.
 
Yaros first of all if I was disappointed with the service I would been on it since I bought it on in Last Aug'17. Secondly I have not only purchased the plugin, but also took hosting, along with SEO services and Video making services as well, which shows the fact that I was very much invested into your products and also had consider buying the future add ons recently introduced by you and your team. But responses like these to loyal customers dont seem right( Am talking about your initial response, where you tried to bull-dose me over me as if I was a walk in customer.)

First most I will take into your suggestion and I will remove the plugins which(Although no evidence shown from your end) you are saying will be dangerous, I will remove them and Monitor.

But answer me one question, this has happened 4 times before as well, i.e web hosting went down and yet no clear explanation was given to me until now with your detail response. Is that correct in your opinion? Is that fare to the customer?
