Alidropship Support help needed ASAP

Hi Yaros,

I have waited since last weeks, facing the same issues.

It's about setting, and some technical glitch that I'm facing upon alidropship plugin and some other queries involves in Social media account integration and some inquiry which I need some deeper understanding, Sorry to say that, your customer service support are not good, this is based on my personal experience, for issue that I'm facing for, even the Account Manager ( not gonna point his name here)who is not keen to help me out, asking me to reach out alidropship support, whom haven't reply me anything yet, :

If this keep continue, I'm gonna have a big gap to get help from your side, I bought two custom stores within two months, due to my career situation, now I'm going to take my dropshipping site to the next level, all i want is support and some help, if not , no point for me to keep this two stores, without getting any proper help, attention, as its quite tough to connect even with skype.

Give me two option:

one help me with setting help and my questions otherwise let me know I should proceed ask refund under Paypal-as the "services not as described".

Frustrated with support help.
