Yoast or built in SEO

Some questions about SEO plugins.

What do you think is better Yoast or the built in SEO function?

I read that both cannot run at the same time is this true?

I don't see the purpose of Yoast SEO for alidropship unless you go for PRO version cause FREE is same as you have intergrated in alidropship plugin

SEO is not that important these days anyway. (But I'm not saying to ignore it completely). Using/Advertising with social networks is way to go.
