Wrong site???

Hi there,

I just tried to activate the "Woo Dropship Plugin“ —> alidswoo_ion.zip, but unfortunately I’m not allowed to.
It’s also not allowed to activate the normal „Alidropship Plugin“ —> alids_first_ion71.zip.

I got the message like „Wrong site" or something.

What can I do???

My site „https://www.premiumhund.de“ is hosted on all-inkl.com
My PHP Version is 7.1, because I had some trouble with the 7.2


Please let me know what to do!

Hello, Lana!

The most common reason why your license key cannot be activated is domain name discrepancy. It can take place after SSL certificate has been installed on your website. Go to Dashboard => Settings => General to make sure your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same as your domain name. Change 'http' to 'https' in these fields if your domain name contains https.

Then, check your permalinks as well (please see the screenshot).



If the issue remains, please contact our support team - support@alidropship.com - to reset the lisence.
