All the website i have with the da vinci woo .. for a second on the loading of the page is show that "Manage Consent" Is not cache issue!!
How can get rip of it ?

You are right .. I have install a new a fresh da Vinci theme in one of my test site and the issue not appear..
I am still investigating what can go wrong !!
