Where to access the cPanel after I bought Alidropship Hosting

Hi, I have just bought the Alidropship with it's hosting and domain from NameCheap. May I know where can i access the cPanel to get my hosting setup? What's the wp-admin? A bit confused here.

You can write to support this issue and they will help you (support@alidropship.com). We can not know all the details of hosting providers.
We need additional information from you.

It's been five days since I bought the plug in and I still don't know how to log in to Cpanel. Support team does not reply to my email. I can't download wordpress. I need help please.
