VAT free sales for company customers

Some companies, especially in EU request, that their purchase should be VAT free. There is no way in doing this right now, since VAT needs to be added automatically for standard consumer customers to the price.

You could fix this by adding an option for VAT free purchases. For instance, so that you allow users of your plugin to use a code, which when shared with company customer, would allow them to place an order VAT free.

It's a mess right now to have the customer place an order with VAT and then manually refund them for this VAT.
