Variations after update

I’ve run into a problem with updating my products which I hope someone can help with? I have products where I’ve tried both disabling or removing variations that I’m not interested in.

The problem is that each time I run an update (auto, manual or at product level), this resets the variations I’ve disabled so they reappear on my site. I still want to have price and stock updates for those variations that I’ve published.

Once I’ve disabled a variation I want it to stay disabled. How can this be done?

It should remain deleted. I delete variations often. Hard to say why it's not without looking at your admin. I'd contact support@alidropship.com and give them admin access so they can have a look if I was you.
