I have Andy Warhol Theme license, but I now want to covert it to Andy Warhol Woo Theme.
Is it possible to use Andy Warhol Theme license on Andy Warhol Woo Theme? or do I need to purchase another Theme?

I am not sure .. but as everybody know is 2 difference themes ... I dont think it can be possible

Yes, they may be different. However, Alidropship plugin can be changed to Alidropship Woo plugin without having to purchase another one.
I was thinking if Andy Warhol theme can be changed to Andy Warhol Woo theme too.

That different ... is the same licence
