It now updates ALL prices according to pricing rules. However you might want to keep some products different than pricing rules. You should be able to "lock price" on selected products so update won't touch these prices.

This option is already available . You can disable update in Product options for a particular product:

There it is ! (though would be nice to find too all products which are "update off")
Note: If you change your pricing rules and hit "update prices" this will anyway update ALL prices.

This option will disable the updates regarding the stock not the options regarding the pricing formula. How can we solve this problem?
