Just a statistical questions.

How often do you have unpaid goods?



And do abandon cart emails have helped you?

I will start with me:

Between 10 recent orders 2 was unpaid.
And as I see no one purchased goods after receiving abandon cart emails. One client even asked me to not spam him (He got only 2 emails. One 3 hours after the cart is abandoned and one in next day).

Go to your wordpress panel, click "alidropship", then hover mouse over "marketing" and you will see in "marketing" category a section called "abandoned cart". Click on "abandoned cart" and in there you can configure how often you can send emails to the customer and how long you can delay the email process so they are not getting spammed into a sale. All of that is completely configurable for you.
