Tracking numbers not importing

I'm logged into Ali orders page and my site.

I'm clicking the "Add Tracking" button but nothing is happening.

Also, none of my other orders have tracking information or the Ali Order ID.

This is the sole reason I bought the plugin and it is not working.

Right now, when a customer contacts me, I have to manually check hundreds of orders on Ali Express to find their order details.

Please advise.

Hello, to collect tracking IDs all orders should have AliExpress order numbers.
Have you placed your orders using AliDropship Woo plugin?
