After the latest update of woocommerce, make sure you have the latest update of the theme, other wise you update the theme's woocommerce templates manually. You will see this information in the admin page.

Hello,
We've updated the theme files so that DaVinci Woo is fully compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.
The theme will be updated shortly.
P.S. These changes in WooCommerce don't affect the way your theme works.

There is no update for a child theme. Only the parent theme can be updated.
