The Dali theme problems

Hi I hope you doing well I found out 2 problems with dali theme

1. A discount tag showing on products with no discount. It's showing on a single product page. ( kindly check attachment)

2. A discount tag saying ON SALE only not showing discount percentage.

kindly help me out theme is very beautiful,

(plus cant show free worldwide shipping text or icons)
