Pinterest is sucks they will screw your reputation do not use them directly, I had very bad experience with them closed the account for unknown reason and not able to explain why.

Did you try to appeal their actions?

Absolutely many times but they didn't remove ban, on top of it, they mark the domain in blacklist so it is affecting the reputation of the business.

So, I don't like them and warn others to be careful while dealing with that stupid #pinterest
