This is the absolute must have each business to keep your client informed. Especially in the age of e-commerce. I'm sure this could reduce the dispute rate by calming down the customers.
There are so many API solutions for it.

I'm sure you though about it. When are you going to release such feature.

I see it's been a while since this was posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone here has tried using third-party SMS plugins recently with AliDropship? I’m considering Twilio or maybe something simpler that doesn’t need coding. Just wondering what's working for others these days. Would love to hear if anyone found a solution that works well without too much setup.

I’ve been using text messaging for order confirmations and shipping updates, and it really helps customers feel more in the loop. I noticed a drop in “Where’s my order?” emails once I set it up. Also, responses are faster when there's a delivery hiccup. Just make sure your text messaging content is short and clear—people read it on the go.
