I didn't find it in alidswoo/templates/woocommerce/emails/customer-shipped-order.php

You can translate it via Glotpress, if you need an account - please PM me your email -I will create it.
If your 'Order shipped' template is in plugin folder (not in theme folder) - you can translate the phrases in red box using GlotPress:



Other phrases and words you need to translate with a help of some 3rd party WooCommerce translate plugin.

the problem is I don't find string "Tracking ID" and "Delivery time" in any file. Maybe they're encrypted?
