Several problems Alidropship Woocommerce

Dear Alidropship support team,

I have some problems with the plugin.

Tracking information

When I click the "All Sync" button to get tracking information nothing seems to happen.
Furthermore, I had an order shipped from the US using USPS, however, my customer didn't receive a tracking code, even though, a UPSP code was available.

My suppliers add on

I bought this plugin, unfortunately, when I click on get all ratings, nothing happens. Only, when I click individually on the get rating next to the supplier.

Have you logged in your website at AliDropship Google Chrome extension and in your AliExpress account?

@Victoria Kudryashova I updated the plugin to the latest version, but it is still not getting the ratings. Stalls at 2%

I have a couple of stores, on some of them it works, on other - it doesn't. I reported it months ago, same problem still occurs.
