This option is not available in the Rubens theme.

Another thing I have categories and subcategories and when I click on the category, the subcategories do not appear, it puts me 0. I only see the subcategories when I mouse over the mother category.

We appreciate your feedback on the Rubens theme! But I'm afraid this is how the theme is designed: you can see your subcategories only in the menu.
You might want to check the themes for AliDropship original plugin that have this feature: DaVinci and DaVinci 2.0.
