Hi, I put the pixel code for View Content under Customizatio->Single Product->Shipping and Payment description

See below ... But I don't receive events on the Pixel report. Any idea what is going wrong

Hello,

You're supposed to add FB Pixel code to the head of your website, not on Single product page. That must be causing the issue.

Hi, I am not saying the pixel code. I am referring to the ViewContent event code.
I don't see any guidelines where to put specific Pixel standard events and custom events.

Why on Earth put it there? That's purely for text information about shipping etc.

All Facebook Pixel event scripts ("code") go in the head section of your website. Every theme has different ways to do that. That's the question you should be asking here. I don't use Rubens, otherwise, I'd tell you myself.
