Rembrandt Theme - Facebook and Subscription widget?

Hi

1.- When I enter an email in SUBSCRIPTION, a window opens and says ... The subscription form is not configured correctly. Please notify the owner of the website.

What I can do???

2.- I have placed the facebook link in the Facebook widget but the widget is not in the footer.

Do I have to do something else?

Hello,
Please make sure you have set up your subscription form correctly. This guide might be helpful.
Could you send me a pm with your WP login details? I'll check what is causing the widget issue.
