Registering company for online store

Hi,
I am new to ecommerce and legal issues around it.
My country law says i must register a company to sell online. Without knowing the niche will do or not, I think it's overhead to register a company. So my question is is it normal to register a company after inline store gets sales n doing well?
If my store is hosted with the name something.com, domain is not specific to any country, in this case do I need to comply all polices of my country like Pricacy policy etc ?

We don't require any type of business registration from our side, but you might need it to get approved by some payment processing services. Still, I highly recommend that you follow the law and regulations of your country. If a domain is not specific to any country, it doesn't mean that you don't have to comply all polices of your country.
By default, we provide the policies, term of service, etc., but you may have to change it in accordance with the regulations of your country.
