Regarding AliDropshipping Plugin Liscence key activation error

Hello,
My name is Nouman Rasool and I have purchased the AliDropship PlugIn and which I try to activate the licence key it shows following error:
Could not connect cURL error 7: Failed to connect to alidropship.com port 443: Connection refused

Please help me as soon as possible how may I get rid of this issue. Thanks
