Raphael theme "Add to Cart" Button color change not working.

Hi team,

In Raphael theme there is small issue.

Please go customization -> General -> Cart/Payment buttons color (hover) -> and change the color.

But it is not working in "Add to cart" button.

Let me explain, if we set Cart/Payment buttons color is blue and Cart/Payment buttons color (hover) color is dark blue. the result will when user is hover the button it will change into dark blue. But that's not happening. Please check here : https://raphael.alidropship.com/rainbow-pet-play-ball/

So I think that functionality is not working in theme. so please can you sort it out.?

I need to get effect on "add to cart" button when user hover it. That's all. Thanks.
