At the moment, Zendesk chat doesn't have a coveted co-browsing feature. That means you can't share screens with the user and create an interface where you train the customer visually and in chat. Nevertheless, this is likely to happen in the future. You'll have to consider other software for this additional functionality. Many chat and ticketing platforms do not have a shared view, except clerk.chat. This platform is even ahead of Zendesk and its other counterparts in many ways. At least I see potential in it, and I think it's worth attention.
